Parking Lot Management
You can manage the parking lot through the NVR. Before using this function, please add a professional ANPR camera (AVC-NBL41M-L1).
To go to the Parking Lot Management on the local interface.
Local Interface: Click Start -> Application -> Parking Lot Management
Web Interface: Click Application -> Parking Lot Management
Basic Settings
The system can only manage one parking lot at a time. Enter this information when there's no incoming or outgoing traffic to ensure accurate data.
Parking Lot Name: This is a user-defined name to identify the specific parking lot.
Total Parking Spaces: This is the total number of parking spaces available in the lot.
Remaining Parking Spaces: This is the number of unoccupied spaces currently available for parking.
Additionally, you can enable the 'Automatic Release' feature for vehicles with license plates that start with the input character. You are able to enter more than once by entering a string of characters separated by commas.
Parking Space Settings
Only vehicles added to the plate database with the proper permission are allowed to pass through automatically. You can set the parking spaces according to the vehicle groups or directly use the total parking spaces. For the block list, you can set 'No parking allowed'. After that, set the schedule and email as needed.
Entrance/Exit Management
Set the passing direction of vehicles (Enter/Exit/Enter and Exit) and bind LED screens as needed.
Direction: Choose Close, Enter, Exit, or Enter and Exit as needed.
Close: If "Close" is selected, the LPR/ANPR camera is only used to recognize plates and doesn't trigger any parking management functions.
Enter: The LPR/ANPR camera captures and reports the license plate as the vehicle approaches. The system recognizes the direction as "Enter" and checks for available parking spaces. If spaces are available, the gate barrier opens, and a space is deducted from the total count. If the parking lot is full, the gate remains closed.
Exit: The ground loop sensor controls the barrier gate as the vehicle leaves. The LPR/ANPR camera captures and reports the license plate, with the direction recognized as "Exit/Leave." The system then adds a space back to the available parking count.
Enter and Exit: This option is recommended for managing vehicles entering and leaving a park with one LPR/ANPR camera. By default, vehicles entering the park trigger alarms, while exiting vehicles do not. The system classifies entering/leaving vehicles based on the LPR/ANPR camera's recognition mode (approaching or driving away). If "Enter" or "Exit" is selected, the chosen direction takes priority.
(Note: Only some LPR/ANPR cameras can simultaneously manage entry and exit of vehicles.)
