If you have been using our MOBILE ONE app for connecting to our Diversity Series recorders, and you are experiencing crashes or if some functions are not working as intended, there is a setting that you can enable from within the app to record and send a bug report to our developers. Below are instructions on how to enable this function.


  • Tap on the Menu icon on the top-left corner of the screen.


  • After tapping on the Menu icon on the top left corner of the screen, tap on the About line.



  • Next, tap on User Experience Plan.



  • If the User Experience Plan is disabled, please enable this option.



  • If the User Experience Plan was disabled, after enabling the option, you will be shown our Privacy Policy. If you agree to everything within that policy, then click on the Allow button at the bottom of the screen to begin enabling recording of the debug logs.
