For all Diversity Series recorders and IP Cameras, if you are having issues connecting to our P2P server, it may be due to outbound traffic being blocked on certain ports by your router/gateway/firewall. If you have determined that ports are being blocked, below is the list of ports that need outbound access to successfully connect to our Diversity P2P Server:
