When using more than one AVYCON DVR or NVR on the same local network and enabling the NAT feature, there can be rare instances where the cameras/channels from recorders may be streamed incorrectly to mobile devices and software.


The solution for this is as follows:


  • Make sure to disable UPnP. This can be done on the local monitor by navigating to Settings->Network->UPnP and then make sure that this feature is disabled for all AVYCON recorders that are on-site.
  • Make sure that all recorders that are on-site are not using the same HTTP and Server ports. For example, if Recorder #1 is using the default ports 80 and 6036 (HTTP/Server), then Recorder #2 will need to change these ports to a different number (ex: 81 and 6037). You can modify these settings by navigating to Settings->Network->Port and make sure that none of the recorders that are on-site are sharing the same HTTP and Server ports.
