If proper steps were taken to enable the NAT feature on our recorders, but there are still issues in accessing either www.autonat.com or www.avyconp2p.com, it could be the case that network security is configured to even block outbound ports from connecting to our servers. If this is the case, the network administrator will need to be contacted to check if the following ports are being blocked from outbound communication:
